Prof. Quaynor worked with Digital Equipment Corporation in the U.S.A from 1977 to 1992 when he retired. He returned to Ghana and set up the first Internet Service in West Africa, in 1993 which was operated by Network Computer Systems (NCS). He had earlier on in 1979 established the Computer Science department at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana.
Nii is the Convener of the African Network Operators Group (AfNOG), a network technology transfer institution and the founding Chairman of AfriNIC, the African numbers registry. Nii also worked for Ghana National Petroleum Corporation and was the Director of Enterprise Africa, a UN Project.

Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Samuel Maama Markwei is one of the foundational leaders of the current charismatic renewal movement in Ghana. He is the President of Living Streams International, a thriving institution whose arms spread from Ghana, through Europe, the United States of America and Brazil in South America. Dr. Markwei has been in ministry for the past 34 years.
